Daymar Rally trophies

BRIEF:
To create three “Dakar Rally” inspired metal cast trophies for esports tournament winners.
KEY FEATURES:
250mm solid cast metal trophies made using a polystyrene mold, which are recreated each year using a different metal or colour scheme
Polished and lacquered to preserve finish with laser etched plaques featuring race details.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Initial project required us to expand our fabrication skills to include building a forge (capable of casting brass and aluminium), creating metalworking moulds and carrying out the casting process to produce bespoke products.
